My approach is collaborative, goal-oriented, compassionate, and non-judgmental. As a licensed professional counselor in CT, I use research-based and effective time-limited treatment. Taking the first step to make change is a challenge on its own.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is supported by decades of research and is effective in treating multiple conditions by challenging thoughts and habits. CBT is particularly useful in working with anxiety and depression. We will work collaboratively to set achievable goals. With CBT, we will identify and address the thoughts and behavior patterns that are not working. You will learn the skills needed to make lasting change.
